As a member of our team, you will be exposed to the world of blockchain, cryptocurrency, play-to-earn, and other web3 projects. Our project is backed by some of the most connected VCs in the blockchain space and we’re growing our family!

We are looking for a Product Manager to manage and enhance our innovative suite of blockchain products. You’ll make strategic decisions based on market and competitor analyses, create the roadmap to guide a product from conception through design and into wide release.

You’ll be the bridge between among the different departments involved in successfully bringing your product(s) to market, including R&D, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and customer support.

You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

⚡︎Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

⚡︎Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners

⚡︎Develop product pricing and positioning strategies

⚡︎Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes

⚡︎Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

⚡︎Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

⚡︎Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members

⚡︎Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed

⚡︎Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

To succeed in this role, an ideal candidate would have:

Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

⚡︎Work experience in product management or as an associate product manager

⚡︎Track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

⚡︎Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

⚡︎Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

⚡︎Prior working experience in consulting, management or similar field

⚡︎Curiosity in new technologies and ability to pick up trends quickly

Our team is based in Singapore and would prefer someone who is also based here, or at least in the same timezone (GMT+8).
