We are seeking a crypto-native Product Manager who is passionate about building from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, understands the nuances of blockchain technology, and is eager to define and lead a new product category in the Web3 space.
End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch (write technical PRDs, manage backlogs, and effectively prioritize new features vs. tech debt)
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, BD, DevRel, marketing and community teams to deliver cohesive and impactful products.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.
User-Centric Design: Map end-to-end user journey. Advocate for user needs and ensure our products provide exceptional user experiences.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve product offerings continually.
Crypto-Native Experience: At least 2 years of crypto experience. Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, including L1/L2 solutions, DeFi, AI, and DePIN projects.
Strategic Product Management Experience: A strong track record of building and iterating successful products that align with company goals and market needs.
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with blockchain protocols, cryptographic principles, and decentralized architectures.
Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Adaptable Leader: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Education: Bachelor’s in related field of study.
Location: Remote with some overlap in EST working hours
Employment Type: Full-Time/Contract
