As a fast-growing team of builders, designers, and game lovers, we’re looking for a Product Manager to help us shape the future of online casino entertainment.
The Role:
As a Product Manager at MyPrize, you’ll own features from idea to execution. You’ll work across design, engineering, and operations to ship products that drive impact, retention, and delight players. This role has real ownership and you’ll have to think on your feet to balance trade-offs as you drive initiatives through ideation and design to execution and release.
You’ll play a central role in evolving the MyPrize platform – from consumer UI/UX to creator tools and reward systems – helping us scale what’s working and invent what’s next.
What you will do at MyPrize:
- Champion the Player: Always advocate for the user. Make sure every feature makes MyPrize more fun, more social, or more rewarding.
- Drive Product Initiatives: Own the full product lifecycle across key initiatives — from research and scoping through execution, launch, and iteration.
- Use Data to Inform: Make decisions based on analytics, feedback, and user behavior. Run tests, analyze results, and iterate fast.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with design, engineering, and operations to align priorities and move fast.
- Craft Clear Requirements: Write tight, actionable specs and communicate decisions clearly with all stakeholders.
- Move Fast: Ship MVPs early, test often, and never over-polish when you can learn faster.
What you bring to MyPrize:
- 3+ years experience in product management, ideally at a high-growth consumer tech or gaming company.
- Strong product sense — you know what makes something fun, usable, and sticky.
- Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with data — you know what to measure, how to separate signal from noise, and when to act. If you’re not familiar with SQL, you are ready to ramp quickly.
- A collaborative mindset — you thrive working alongside engineers, designers, and business teams.
- Proven track record of owning projects and shipping features with measurable impact.

- Experience in gaming, crypto, or social/creator-focused products.
- Familiarity with rewards systems, loyal programs, or bonusing.
- Background in fast-paced startup or founder-led environments.
- Experience with some variant of SQL.
