We’re looking for a Product Manager who’s passionate, driven, and focused on delivering real value. You’ll lead product initiatives end-to-end – from discovery and roadmap planning to execution and launch. You’ll partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to shape the future of our product.

This role requires strong technical understanding, user empathy, and a bias for action.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features based on market demand, business goals, and customer feedback.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document software requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and specifications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, engineering, design, and QA, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Define KPIs and use data-driven insights to measure product performance and guide decision-making.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and pain points are central to product development efforts.
• Lead product launches, including go-to-market strategies, training, and cross-team coordination.

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS – Must
• Strong problem-solver – independent, resourceful, and action-oriented
• Self-sufficient and accountable – you own initiatives and drive them with minimal oversight
• Technical background or strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical products – Must
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus
• Professional proficiency in English
• Familiarity with agile development and tools like Jira or Asana
• Bonus: Experience working with MSPs, partner models and/or cybersecurity background
