About the Role

We’re seeking a Product Manager with exceptional UX sensibilities to help design, structure, and scale the next generation of investment experiences at Midas.

You’ll work on transforming a complex marketplace of financial products into a simple, elegant, and intuitive one. You’ll also take ownership of how product attributes and information are displayed and communicated to investors, ensuring transparency, clarity, and trust.

You don’t need prior blockchain experience for this role; we’ll provide all the context and training you need. What matters is your ability to combine UX excellence with strong product thinking and your eye for design precision that makes modern interfaces delightful to use.

You will report directly to the CPO and collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own and iterate on UX flows for Midas’ core products, ensuring clarity, simplicity, and beauty.
  • Collaborate with Design and Frontend teams to deliver high-impact web interfaces that feel native to both crypto and traditional investors.
  • Contribute to dashboards and reporting structures to make product performance insights actionable.
  • Optimize conversion rates across key user flows, using A/B testing, analytics, and user behavior data to inform decisions.
  • Ensure that each financial product presents the right level of transparency, helping investors clearly understand structure, yield sources, and risk parameters.
  • Ensure that all product copy remains aligned with legal and compliance requirements across different jurisdictions.
  • Translate qualitative feedback and quantitative data into clear product improvements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on modern UX, conversion rate optimizations, and reporting.
  • Strong aesthetic sense for modern, elegant, and functional web experiences.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven product iteration and user engagement metrics.
  • Proven ability to collaborate closely with engineers and designers to ship polished experiences.
  • Experience building or maintaining internal reports or product analytics dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, organization, autonomy, and reliability.
  • Detail-oriented and driven by the desire to translate complexity into clarity.
  • Based in Europe (CET ± 2 hours).
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
