As a Product Manager at LinkSquares, you will lead critical initiatives that shape the future of our AI-powered contract lifecycle management platform. You’ll work at the intersection of legal technology, AI, user experience, and cross platform integrations, driving product innovation that transforms how legal teams manage contracts and workflows.Your role will be instrumental in maintaining our position as the market leader in AI-powered contract management.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and own the product roadmap for assigned product areas, aligning with company strategy and market opportunities. Identify emerging trends in AI, contract management, and legal technology to inform strategic product decisions.
- Feature Definition & Execution: Translate business requirements and customer needs into detailed product specifications. Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle from conception to launch.
- User Research & Insights: Conduct customer interviews, competitive analysis, and market research to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. Synthesize feedback into actionable insights for product development.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption. Serve as the product expert and advocate across the organization.
- Metrics & Performance: Define success metrics for product initiatives and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement. Monitor key metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Customer Advocacy: Develop deep understanding of customer needs and workflows in legal operations. Represent the voice of the customer in product decisions and ensure solutions address real-world challenges.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience with enterprise SaaS products, preferably in legal tech, contract management, or workflow automation
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B software products
- Strong technical acumen in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into applications via APIs and building scalable AI-powered solutions
- Familiarity with Application and Integrations product development
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling language
Preferred
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems or other legal technology
- Knowledge of legal operations and contract workflows
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and their enterprise applications
- Experience with agile development methodologies
