We’re seeking a Product Manager to join LinkSquares’ Product Management team to own and drive seamless integrations that connect legal teams with their entire tech ecosystem. You’ll directly impact how 1,000+ companies manage contracts, building the bridges between our AI-powered platform and the critical business systems legal teams depend on daily.

An ideal candidate has proven experience working as a product manager inside a B2B software business, is naturally curious with exceptional communication and organizational skills, and brings an entrepreneurial drive with deep empathy for users and teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep expertise in user needs and the enterprise software landscape through stakeholder and market research to inform product definition and prioritization
  • Manage the strategic roadmap and backlog prioritization for key product areas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, sales, customer success, marketing) using Agile methodologies to ensure products meet business requirements and user experience standards
  • Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex technical projects
  • Communicate project status and ensure stakeholder alignment across all levels of the organization
  • Author release notes and collaborate on go-to-market strategy and positioning
  • Measure adoption, usage data, and business results from product launches

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology companies
  • A passion for systems thinking and understanding how technical solutions connect workflows and unlock business value
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to diverse stakeholders, exceptional organizational abilities, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Natural curiosity about user problems, high attention to detail, and drive to take initiative on ambiguous challenges
  • Ability to prioritize quickly, adapt to changing requirements, and ambition to grow in a collaborative environment where this role will evolve into senior IC or team lead responsibilities
  • Technical background with experience in system integrations, API technologies, authentication protocols, and enterprise software platforms, with familiarity with integration tools and middleware platforms highly valued
