  • Oversee the rollout of new features and products, ensuring adoption and operational success
  • Establish and track KPIs to evaluate impact, prioritize improvements, and optimize performance outcomes
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to support go-to-market initiatives and partner communications
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to align teams and integrate strategic initiatives
  • Lead the integration of AI-powered tools and solutions across products and workflows to improve efficiency and innovation
  • Contribute to evolving product management practices, promoting agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in adtech or performance marketing
  • Experience with AI tools and technologies applied to product strategy, analytics, or workflow optimization
  • Strong analytical background with experience in data analysis, A/B testing, and decision-making frameworks
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new features or products
  • Proficiency with performance marketing metrics and campaign optimization best practices
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights and narratives
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
  • Startup experience
  • Familiarity with advertising technology platforms or consumer engagement ecosystems
  • Experience working with AI-driven or data-intensive products
  • Understanding of agile product management principles and experimentation frameworks
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
