By building directly on-chain, we offer what traditional financial rails can’t: instant yield, flexible collateralized lending, and enhanced investment products. Our cards bring stablecoins to life: spend at 100M+ merchants, withdraw at ATMs, and enable new ways to access credit.

You will own and scale KAST’s global growth engine. This role is for a hands-on builder who is obsessively data-driven, thrives in ambiguity, ships fast, and relentlessly improves conversion at every step of the funnel.

• Own the growth funnel end-to-end: acquisition → activation → KYC → funding → usage → retention.
• Build the #1 global affiliate program in fintech – strategy, tooling, incentives, fraud controls, and scale.
• Be obsessed with data: define metrics, dashboards, experiments, and relentlessly improve conversion rates.
• Run continuous experimentation across onboarding, pricing, incentives, messaging, UX, and features.
• Work closely with Product Managers to identify 10× growth unlocks across existing and new features.
• Partner with regional teams and markets to identify local growth opportunities and feature unlocks.
• Move fast, break bottlenecks, and do whatever it takes to unlock growth – without compromising trust.

• 4+ relevant years experience in growth, product growth, or data-driven product roles, in consumer facing finance Apps.
• Proven track record owning funnels, conversion, and experimentation at scale.
• Deep experience building or scaling affiliate / referral / partner growth programs – you know Braze and AppsFlyer in and out.
• Strong analytical skills – metrics, cohorts, funnels, A/B testing are second nature.
• You have worked in hyper-growth companies before and love the chaos.
• Strong product intuition paired with ruthless prioritization.
• Hustler / founder DNA – you choose hard problems over comfort.
• Bias to action, high ownership, zero excuses mindset.
