Partner cross-functionally with executive leadership, engineering, data, operations, compliance, fraud, legal, and customer service to deliver banking products that are both delightful and secure.
Collaborate with sponsor banks, processing platforms, and infrastructure providers to ensure scalability, availability, and reliability across money movement and deposit systems.

Define clear product requirements and collaborate with engineering to scope and ship iteratively while maintaining high standards for accuracy, reliability, and control.
Establish and monitor key metrics tied to success, including payment system reliability, latency, and risk posture.
Manage external and internal partner relationships for critical banking functions, including KYC, payments, ledgering, and deposit servicing.
3+ years of product management experience, ideally within fintech, business banking, embedded finance, or core money movement infrastructure; startup experience is a plus.
Experience owning digital banking or financial infrastructure features—e.g., business checking, ACH, wires, treasury services—with rigorous attention to operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Deep understanding of U.S. bank payment systems—ACH, FedWire—and knowledge of NACHA rules, cutoff timing, and settlement considerations.
Alternatively, we’re open to candidates with deep experience in complex financial reconciliation, treasury operations, or forensic accounting—especially those who’ve worked on internal ledgers, transactional control processes, or scalable financial ops systems—and are seeking a move into fintech product management.
Strong track record of designing workflows that balance delightful user experience with enforceable internal and external controls, especially in regulated environments.
Excellent communication skills & sharp attention to detail across internal partners and third-party BaaS partners.
Analytical and systems-oriented thinker who confidently navigates technical conversations, evaluates trade-offs, and understands platform design principles (e.g., ledgers, reconciliation engines, APIs).
