Product Manager

Overview of the Role

As a Senior Product Manager for Business Solutions, you will be at the very core of the endeavor of delivering full financial inclusion of the unbanked and banked in Egypt.

Decisions made by you and your squad will increase the financial inclusion of small-to-medium enterprises in Egypt. From payroll to everyday finance and spend management and beyond – you will be discovering and delivering world-class solutions end-to-end.

What you’ll be doing

• Co-owning the product vision
• Owning and defining product strategy, roadmap, and backlog
• Leading a cross-functional product squad
• Ensuring product alignment with organizational and business goals
• Ensuring product alignment with other squads
• Connecting the dots between feasibility, viability, and desirability
• Owning key product metrics and OKRs
• Driving product discovery process
• Maximizing the amount of value and quality in a delivery phase
• Being a go-to-person for all-things Enterprise Wallet
• Staying as close to a user as possible, by directly participating in user research and user testing

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in delivering successful products
• Ability to work in a cross-functional agile environment and lead without the formal authority
• Ability to demonstrate strong skills of strategic, tactical, and analytical thinking, decision making
• Ability to demonstrate strong skills of prioritization and argumentation
• Ability to demonstrate strong domain knowledge and interest
• Ability to travel occasionally

The following would be considered a strong advantage

• Previous experience working managing FinTech products, especially B2B
• Previous experience working with underbanked markets
• We prioritize outcomes over outputs; data and facts over opinions; live interactions with users over assumptions
