About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Engineer to help shape the next-generation crypto experience through Fuse, our mobile consumer app. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering and product — not just shipping features, but shaping what we build and why. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in high-ownership environments, have strong product instincts, and want to build for real-world impact in crypto finance.

What you’ll build

• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and mobile teams to build and iterate on core features of the Fuse mobile app
• Embedded DeFi products abstracted into mainstream financial experiences – helping users earn real returns on-chain without ever leaving the wallet.
• Turn high-level product ideas into simple, intuitive, and performant experiences
• Tools that support wealth accumulation, real-world spending, and passive income – all inside a beautifully designed, non-custodial mobile app.
• Instrument key product analytics and use data to inform improvements
• Participate in product reviews, help prioritize the roadmap, and weigh in on user flow, screen design, and feature scope

Core Expertise

• 3–5+ years experience building user-facing software in high-velocity product teams.
• Strong product mindset: you think in terms of outcomes, not requirements.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Ability to turn ambiguous goals into intuitive experiences and working software.
• Passion for building usable, secure fintech or crypto applications.

• Building consumer-grade fintech or crypto products (wallets, neobanks, stablecoin platforms)
• Working on mobile-first or API-first teams with strong UX discipline
• Familiarity with Web3 primitives (wallets, staking, DeFi, NFTs)
• Prior exposure to compliance-sensitive workflows (KYC, AML, PCI, etc.)

Bonus Points

• Experience with Solana (e.g. Anchor, smart contracts, Paymaster-style fee abstraction)
• Background in crypto security (smart wallet design, multisig, MPC)
• Experience working on developer products (SDKs, smart contract interfaces)
• Prior work on DeFi integrations or embedded finance stacks
