As a Product Engineer (Agents) at Antimetal, you’ll build the core product powered by our AI agent. From agent orchestration, data pipelines, APIs, to user interfaces, you’ll work across the entire stack to bring insights to our users.

We’re looking for someone who can work with the platform and research teams, turn experiments into production-ready features, and own projects end-to-end through ambiguity.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and build agentic workflows for production incidents: orchestration, prompting, tool use, and evaluation

• Engineer context and retrieval systems that surface the right information at the right time (semantic search, keyword, API, SQL)

• Ship product features end-to-end, from backend data models to React interfaces

• Partner closely with platform and research to bring AI capabilities into customer-facing product

• Take ownership of ambiguous projects, breaking them into milestones and orchestrating delivery

• Work directly with customers to refine features and validate product fit

What you bring:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack, product, or AI engineering roles

• Production experience with LLMs or agent-based systems: orchestration, prompting, tool use, retrieval

• Strong experience in Typescript, React, Postgres, and NestJS

• Comfort with the realities of AI in production: evaluations, latency, error handling, streaming

• Experience owning projects end-to-end in a startup environment

• History of pushing product thinking: designing not just code, but features customers love

• Ability to lead ambiguous initiatives and align cross-functional teams (design, platform, research)

Bonus:

• Experience with cloud infra (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform)

• Background in developer tools, infrastructure, or observability

• Experience building retrieval or search systems

• Exposure to working directly with customers in shaping product

• Prior tech-lead experience or project leadership

Compensation Range: $200K – $300K
