The Opportunity

We’re looking for a sharp, thoughtful, and collaborative product designer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with around 3 years of experience who’s eager to grow. We’re seeking a full-stack designer who’s excited to work across both marketing creatives and user interfaces.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be a collaborative, thoughtful, and reliable team member.
  • Contribute to and help maintain our evolving design system, ensuring consistency and quality across the product.
  • Serve as a creative driving force behind web design and marketing materials.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate intent and interaction.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers.
  • Advocate for design decisions and user-centered thinking across the product.
  • Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints when shaping solutions.

What were looking for:

  • ~3 years of hands on product design experience.
  • Strong Web design & marketing capabilities.
  • Strong UI skills with a good eye for layout, spacing, color, and typography
  • Solid UX thinking.
  • A portfolio of work that shows both process and polished execution.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with product and engineering.
  • Proficiency in Figma and comfort with prototyping and design systems.
  • A curious mindset, openness to feedback, and a desire to keep learning and growing.
  • Experience designing for complex systems or multilayered platforms is a plus.
  • Background in marketing design or web design – a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction, design, UX, or a related discipline.
