About the Opportunity
As we strive to continue strengthening our compliance capabilities, we are seeking a hands-on and driven Product Advisory Compliance Lead to join our growing team and support CeFi products, which span across our core and trading verticals. This role is pivotal in embedding regulatory compliance into every stage of the product lifecycle, from design through to launch.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Engineering, Central Compliance, and Legal to help the Product team navigate complex regulatory and compliance expectations while enabling innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing

Act as a key compliance partner and a subject matter expert across all CeFi products (e.g. core trading, institutional trading, structured products, lending).

Build strong relationships with product managers, engineers, and business owners and advise on relevant regulatory and internal requirements.

Lead development and implementation of scalable compliance controls frameworks supported by policies and procedures, controls and risk assessment.

Engage in product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal frameworks (e.g., AML, KYC, securities laws, consumer protection, licensing requirements).

Lead compliance risk assessments and facilitate detailed compliance reviews of product features, including user flows, onboarding, reward mechanics, and trading behaviors for new and existing products. Maintain clear and transparent documentation and audit trail throughout product reviews.

Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Central Compliance to align on regulatory requirements and design scalable, compliant product solutions.

Work closely with Assurance and Audit Teams to test effectiveness of controls and perform post product launch monitoring.

Monitor global regulatory developments impacting CeFi and proactively advise business on required changes.

Prepare materials to improve understanding of compliance and regulatory risks across teams and deliver regular training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
What We Look For

Experience as a lead in compliance, risk, or legal roles within financial services, fintech, or crypto environments.

Demonstrated ability to translate regulatory requirements into product-level execution plans.

Proven ability to work under pressure and lead cross-functional projects..

Practical knowledge of trading products and CeFi ecosystems, including leverage, custody, APIs, and structured returns.

Experience in driving product risk assessment processes and building controls frameworks

Familiarity with global regulatory expectations (e.g., MiFID II, MiCA, CFTC, SFC, MAS, FATF standards).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; documentation and clarity are key.

Strong project execution skills with the ability to manage timelines, issues, and testing cycles.

Bachelor’s degree in business, law, finance, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS, CRCM, ICA) are a plus.

The salary range for this position is $171,733 to $257,599
The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
