Job Summary:
Coinflow is looking for a data-driven and creative Product and Content Marketing Manager to both lead our online presence across multiple social platforms (including LinkedIn and X) and generate internal sales assets. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for crafting and executing product marketing campaigns, thought leadership pieces, operational learnings, case studies, and more in both short and long-form format for internal and external use cases. Ideal candidates will be able to integrate into the sales, strategy, and product teams, and convert meaningful insights into digestible content. The right individual will bring a balanced combination of ambition, judgment, creativity, flexibility and critical thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Develop messaging and positioning for Coinflow products or user segments
- Develop campaign-level content as well as sales enablement assets
- Develop and maintain a content calendar: create posts, obtain approvals, schedule, and monitor performance of social media posts
- Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, and Product teams with the goal of driving revenue, demand, and usage of our products
- Respond to client inquiries on social media platforms
- Track ROI of campaigns or sales assets from both a content engagement perspective (followers, comments, impressions, etc.) and revenue perspective
- Update website content as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years proven experience as a Product and Content Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of past content to share in the early stages of interviewing
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Strategic thinker that can connect the dots between GTM strategy and marketing content
- Comfortable writing short-form and long-form content
- Comfortable finding key partner outlets for media and content dissemination, including podcasts, fintech/ crypto news sites, conferences, and more
- Powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual
- Outstanding project management skills
- Ability to come up to speed on technical topics quickly
- Self-starter and ability to be ready to roll-up your sleeves and get things done
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
Nice to haves:
- Experience working on crypto products and strong knowledge of crypto and/or payments
- Experience writing for executives and spokespeople
- Experience with creating video-based promotional materials
- Basic website management and editing skills
