Responsibilities

• Join Matrixport’s Structured Products team focusing on option-based structured products on digital assets
• Work closely with clients, sales, and trading to design, price, and manage structured solutions
• Gain direct exposure to live trading risk and structured products PL
• Proactively identify client investment needs and translate them into hedgeable structured products
• Act as a bridge between sales and trading, aligning client demand with desk risk appetite
• Design, price, and optimize option-based structures
• Support product rollout and continuous refinement based on market conditions and client feedback
• Contribute to structured products book performance with strong risk and PL awareness

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of options, derivatives, and structured products
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on mindset, able to translate analysis into practical structuring solutions
• Clear communication skills and client-oriented thinking
• Genuine interest in digital assets and continuous learning
• 0–5 years of relevant experience (sales and trading experience on traditional derivative desks or crypto platforms is a plus)
