  • Monitor the progress of development, proactively addressing potential questions, and facilitating the swift resolution of any roadblocks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct acceptance tests to validate that implemented features meet the defined requirements and deliver the intended user experience.
  • Present candidate and new features to prospective and existing customers.
  • Transfer knowledge and insights about recent product improvements across the entire Jiko organization.
  • Communicate closely with Customer Implementation and Support teams, serving as a point of expertise to address their product-related inquiries and proactively resolve potential customer issues.
  • Influence the evolution of the product roadmap, based on previous activities as well as competitive analysis and direct customer feedback.

What experience you should have

  • A strong history of effectively eliciting, documenting, and managing diverse types of requirements (functional, non-functional, user stories, use cases, etc.).
  • Experience directly engaging with customers and a variety of stakeholders (including Product Managers, Engineering, Sales, Support) to understand their needs, gather feedback, and facilitate collaborative design discussions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to accurately and concisely convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • High attention to details.
  • Passionate about customer experience, with deep empathy for end users.
  • If you are located within commuting distance of the San Francisco office, you would follow the company’s hybrid schedule (2 days in the office).
  • Compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs.
