We are looking for an experienced Procurement & Logistics Specialist to support our fast-growing, globally distributed team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing both physical and digital asset procurement, overseeing global logistics, maintaining vendor relationships, and tracking inventory.

You will play a key part in ensuring that our teams across different time zones have the equipment and digital tools they need—delivered efficiently, on time, and with optimal cost control.

Responsibilities:

Physical Procurement: Organizing the supply of hardware and equipment (laptops, peripherals, security tokens, SIM cards, etc.) for remote employees worldwide.

Logistics: Managing the entire delivery cycle — from ordering to final receipt by the employee, including international logistics and customs procedures.

Digital Resource Procurement: Purchasing, renewing, and managing software licenses (e.g., GitHub, Atlassian, JetBrains, Notion, Slack, etc.) and service subscriptions.

Vendor Management: Collaborating with suppliers, resellers, and digital distribution platforms.

Asset and License Registry Maintenance: Keeping up-to-date records of licenses, hardware inventory, and renewal tracking.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Working with legal and finance departments on invoicing, contract processing, and payments.

Internal Support: Assisting HR, IT, DevOps, and Finance teams with procurement-related needs.

Cost Optimization: Finding the best deals, reducing unnecessary expenses, and consolidating licenses.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in logistics and procurement within a geographically distributed IT company.

Solid understanding of license procurement processes; experience working with vendors and resellers.

Experience with international suppliers and logistics coordination.

Experience managing logistics across CIS, EU, Asia, and the USA.

Proficiency with tools such as CMDB, Google Sheets, Excel, Notion, and Jira.

Experience in license procurement and administration for companies with 200+ employees.

High level of autonomy, discipline, and responsibility.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum Upper-Intermediate level).

Why it is a fantastic opportunity:
