Job Responsibilities:
1. design the company’s data products, including tax filing, compliance and other data processing products, by cooperating with the business, formulate the growth data experiment with the business, and drive user growth.
2. Responsible for the design of data tool products (buried points, data attribution), independently complete user research, direction planning, resource coordination and project promotion.
3. Build and improve the data analysis system according to the business model to provide data and decision support for the business. Conduct User Behavior Analysis (UBA) to support product-related business analysis and user growth data index statistics, design growth tests, and provide data support and suggestions for user growth strategies.
4. organize the operation of the product, including product promotion, training, document writing, user feedback, scene collection and other aspects of the tool.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in computer, math, statistics and other related majors;
2. proficient in the use of SQL, understanding of machine learning models.
3. excellent business analysis skills. Sharp data insight . Structured thinking ability;
4. 3 or more years of experience as a product manager;
5. good communication, sensitive to the business, can quickly understand the business background, with excellent technical and business combination ability
6. good verbal communication and expression skills, self-driven, good at systematic thinking, logical product design;
7. strong customer awareness, user empathy, able to stand in the user’s perspective on the use of the product review, find and quickly solve problems;
8. good team coordination and communication skills, strong ability to resist pressure, work proactively, willing to face challenges.
