Undertake the planning, functional design and requirements management of user agreement management, questionnaire management, risk assessment management and other products (C-suite functions and supporting management backend).
Responsible for docking with legal, compliance and AML teams to build corresponding questionnaire and assessment product systems.
Responsible for product detailed feature planning and product design, including but not limited to business requirements communication, writing PRD documents, functional process sorting, function point sorting, logical judgment of each function point, field sorting, etc., and assist the R&D team in understanding and mastering the requirements, designing the system architecture, and arranging the iteration plan.
Job Requirements :
1 – 3 years of experience as a product manager with excellent communication and coordination skills.
Skilled in using Axure, Mockplus and other prototyping tools, Visio, MindManager and other process and mind mapping tools, with excellent PRD document writing skills, able to clearly articulate the product logic and functional details.
Strong project management skills, able to effectively coordinate cross-departmental resources, control project progress, promote the smooth delivery of the project, good communication and coordination and teamwork spirit, good at listening to the needs of all parties to reach a consensus on the interests of coordination.
Data-driven thinking, familiar with data analysis methods and tools, able to data mining problems, product optimization, with strong learning ability and innovation consciousness, take the initiative to pay attention to industry dynamics, the introduction of new technologies, new ideas to optimize the product.
Experience in enterprise software or project management system is preferred.
Experience in questionnaire and agreement signing products is preferred.
Experience in cryptocurrency exchange is preferred
Plus: Fluent in English, can be used as daily working language (meetings）
