As our Principal Account Executive, you’ll play a central role in driving JOIN’s commercial success and strengthening our go-to-market efforts. You’ll own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and consultative selling to closing strategic partnerships – while mentoring and supporting the broader team to reach new performance levels. This is not just a sales role, it’s an opportunity to shape revenue growth, influence sales strategy, and help scale JOIN’s impact across the market.

Who you’ll work with
You’ll collaborate closely with our Sales Leadership, Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams. You’ll also engage with enterprise clients and key decision-makers across industries. Your expertise will empower JOIN to scale its market presence, strengthen partnerships, and achieve ambitious growth goals.
What we’re looking for
We don’t believe in checklists – but if most of these apply to you, we’d love to chat:
✔ 7–10+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or technology, with a proven track record of exceeding targets in complex sales environments.
✔ Proven ability to own and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
✔ Experienced in qualification frameworks (e.g. MEDDPICC) and sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, Sandler, Consultative, or Value Selling.
✔ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Comfortable mentoring peers, supporting deal reviews, and influencing without direct authority.
✔ Self-driven, resilient, and consistent in delivering results.
✔ Strong analytical and data-driven approach with excellent CRM discipline.
