What you’ll be doing
● Qualifying all new leads generated from different channels
● Generating reports showing the leads quality and conversions across all channels
● Analyzing the effectiveness of all channels for better lead conversion
● Communicating with the marketing team for sharing the campaign results and the
effectiveness of each sales campaign
● Collaborating with the sales and partnerships team to understand the customer
requirements and provide the necessary support to during the sales process
● Following up on internal SLAs to achieve a smooth customer onboarding experience
Requirements
● 1-2 years experience in sales, customer support or a related field is usually required
● Experience in presales or technical sales role is highly beneficial
● Ability to use Microsoft Office
● Experience in CRM is a plus
● You are eager to learn and grow in a very dynamic environment
● You are very active listener with the ability to understand the customer requirements
● You are asking questions to understand the customer business, operations, and pain
points
● Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively convey
information and engage with customer
● Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner
● Building relationships with customers and internal stockholders in key to success in the
role
● Must be able to understand customer challenges and propose solutions that address
their specific needs
● Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadline is
important in fast-paced sales environment
