This is Fellow’s first non-technical leadership hire. You will:
Craft and own the global GTM plan—focused in searching our early adopters from LatAm to SEA.
Drive partnerships with on/off-ramp providers, card issuers and banks.
Lead jurisdiction strategy: compare and pick domiciles, structure entities, shepherd EMI/PSP licenses, and negotiate with regulators.
Map and execute banking licenses and certifications (SOC 2, ISO-27001, PCI DSS) with external auditors.
Establish a tight customer-insight loop to help inform decisions on product and features
As we scale, manage the BD & compliance team.
