About the Opportunity

The Project/Program Manager in the Global CEO Office will be a pivotal role in driving OKX’s top-priority projects and programs. This position focuses on enhancing tech stability, operational efficiency, and overall revenue growth. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, capable of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

    1. Strategic Compliance thinking:
      1. Strong understanding of compliance risks and the ability to identify conflicts between business operations and regulatory requirements.
      2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
      3. Ability to assess the gap between regulatory mandates and product implementation, proposing strategic solutions.
    2. Risk Identification & Mitigation:
      1. Proven track record of identifying compliance risks and recommending practical mitigation measures.
      2. Ability to anticipate regulatory changes and assess their impact on business processes.
      3. Continuously monitor program performance, implementing improvements and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    3. Stakeholder Management:
      1. Ability to work closely with legal, risk, and business teams to ensure compliance integration across functions.
      2. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement best practices for technical stability and operational excellence.
      3. Strong organizational skills to oversee compliance initiatives, track progress, and report to senior leadership.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in Compliance, Finance or Internal Audit or a related field; Industry experience candidate preferred.
    • 5-10 years of experience in project/program management and compliance related role
    • Crypto industry experience, familiar with blockchain technology
    • Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders.
    • Strong understanding of technical operations, with experience driving tech stability and operational efficiency initiatives.
    • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
