WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Build and operate the infrastructure and shared services that power our SaaS product.
- Develop and maintain internal tooling that enable developers to deliver secure, reliable, and high-quality software.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines, cloud provisioning, and Infrastructure as Code, enhancing system reliability and scalability.
- Enhance system resilience with observability, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms.
- Collaborate closely with backend, security and other teams to ensure secure, performant, and compliant operations across the wallet platform.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years in Platform, DevOps, SRE, or Backend engineering (Go or Python preferred).
- Experience with microservices and modern distributed systems.
- Hands-on with container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with blockchain systems and DeFi protocols (strong plus).
Nice to Have:
- Background in secure system design, key management (HSM, AWS KMS), digital signatures, or cryptography.
- DevSecOps experience (security automation, vulnerability management, and compliance in CI/CD pipelines).
- Experience with high availability and multi-cloud architectures.
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or institutional-grade systems.
