We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Creative Analyst to turn performance data into high-performing ads — analyze what works, prioritize tests, and partner with UA/Design to scale winners across Meta, TikTok, Google, and programmatic.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Development
– Own creative direction for performance campaigns across channels, markets, and user journeys.
– Develop and test ad concepts, storyboards, and messaging frameworks tailored to different audience segments (crypto natives, retail investors, gamers, fintech adopters, etc.).
– Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to deliver high-performing assets.
Performance Marketing Integration
– Translate performance data into creative hypotheses and rapid iteration cycles.
– Partner with media buyers to align creatives with CPR, ROAS, and LTV goals.
– Run structured A/B and multivariate tests across platforms.
– Cross-Functional Collaboration
– Work closely with Growth, Product Marketing, and Brand teams to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity.
– Align creative direction with major product launches (Academy content, Miner Wars updates).
– Coordinate with localization teams to adapt creative for priority regions (US, UK, EU, LATAM, Asia).
Innovation & Trends
– Stay on top of Web3, fintech, and gaming ad trends.
– Experiment with AI-powered creative generation, interactive ads, AR/VR, and gamified engagement.
– Drive GoMining’s reputation as a creative leader in Web3 performance marketing.
Qualifications:
– 5+ years in performance marketing, growth, or creative strategy roles (crypto, fintech, gaming, or Web3 experience strongly preferred).
– Proven track record of scaling ad creatives that deliver measurable ROI (e.g., CPR, ROAS, registrations, deposits).
– Strong creative sensibility paired with analytical mindset — able to turn performance data into actionable creative decisions.
– Experience across multiple ad platforms: Meta, Google, TikTok, Twitter, Taboola/Outbrain, programmatic DSPs, Unity, IronSource, Moloco, etc.
– Familiarity with Web3 culture, crypto adoption funnels, and community-driven marketing.
– Strong leadership and project management skills; able to manage designers, freelancers, and agencies.
