We’re looking for a Performance Video Manager to own the end-to-end production of UGC-style video ads across all of our paid social channels. You’ll sit at the intersection of creative and performance — concepting and producing content that’s built to convert, not just look good. This role reports to the Head of Performance and will manage a roster of external creators and editors.
Concept and write briefs for UGC video ads across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and other paid social channels, with a strong bias toward formats that drive performance
Source, manage, and direct UGC creators — giving clear creative direction and iterating quickly based on what’s working
Own the post-production process, working closely with editors to take raw footage from brief to final asset
Partner with the performance team to analyze creative data, identify winning patterns, and feed those insights back into the concepting process
Build and manage a high-output content pipeline that can consistently produce and test new creative at scale
4+ years of experience in video production, content creation, or creative strategy in a performance marketing context
Hands-on experience producing UGC-style content for paid social — you know what makes a thumb-stopping hook and why a certain format works on Meta vs. TikTok
Experience managing freelance creators and editors, with strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working with performance data to inform creative decisions — you don’t need to be an analyst, but you can read a creative report and know what to do with it
Must be in NYC working in-office 5 days per week
Experience promoting consumer apps
Background in both concepting and buying — familiarity with how paid social campaigns are structured and optimized
Existing network of UGC creators you can tap quickly
Experience with international or multilingual creative production
Competitive salary & equity
Unlimited PTO
Full Health, Vision, & Dental coverage
