Key Responsibilities 🗝️
💚 People & Culture:
- Welcoming interviewees and new starters – you’ll be the friendly face of Zinc! 😊
- Managing new starter set-up (laptops, benefits, systems access, etc.)
- Assisting with offboarding when people move on
- Acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day people queries 🙋♀️
- Helping to coordinate engagement initiatives, socials, and wellbeing activities 🎉
- Helping to shape and drive company culture with energy and positivity
🎯 Talent:
- Taking job briefings and writing standout job descriptions ✍️
- Sourcing candidates and building strong relationships
- Booking interviews, managing rejections, and keeping communication proactive and human 💬
- Negotiating offers and supporting hiring managers through the full process
- Predicting blockers before they appear and solving people-based problems like a pro 🧠
