We’re looking for a People Partner who can support and strengthen the people practices that help teams thrive — from performance and development to engagement and culture. You’ll be a trusted partner to managers and employees, combining structured thinking with hands-on execution to deliver effective solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with talent and operations to co-create people programs that are scalable, practical, and aligned with our team’s growth.

Partner & Enable:
Act as a hands-on business partner, guiding managers on performance, development, and team dynamics to help them build high-performing teams.
Work closely with our Head of People and Talent team to ensure a seamless, positive experience across the entire employee lifecycle.
Collaborate with leaders — particularly in engineering and product — to understand their goals and translate them into actionable people initiatives that drive growth and performance.
Build & Deliver:
Handle day-to-day People operations, keeping contracts, policies, and systems organized, fair, and audit-ready.
Design and deliver career progression frameworks and learning programs that enable individual and team development.
Take a builder’s approach — experimenting, iterating, and creating scalable solutions that work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Connect & Belong:
Enhance onboarding to ensure every new joiner feels connected, informed, and set up for success.
Support culture and belonging initiatives that reflect our values and strengthen connection across distributed teams.
Improve & Evolve:
Use data and feedback to measure the impact of People initiatives and continuously improve how we support our teams.
5 years of experience in HRBP, people operations, or generalist roles — ideally within fast-paced, scaling environments.
Proven track record as an individual contributor who enjoys being hands-on, executing projects, and collaborating in cross-functional teams.
Solid knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Detail-oriented and organized – you genuinely enjoy managing contracts, systems, and processes that keep things running smoothly.
Skilled with Slack, G Suite, Figma, HiBob, Ashby, or similar tools.
Strong communicator who can build trust and alignment across distributed teams.
Bilingual or native German speaker, with excellent English communication skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to create meaningful impact from day one.
Previous experience partnering with engineering, data and product teams is a strong plus.
Experience in the crypto, Web3 or other fast changing spaces is a big bonus.
