Role Overview

As a People Partner at Axis, you will act as a strategic partner to the business across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and core People Operations activities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to both people strategy and execution. You will support the company’s growth by attracting top talent, enabling employee development, and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle operations.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across technical and business functions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
  • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Drive exceptional candidate experience and employer branding initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Support internship, graduate, and early talent hiring programs
  • Utilize ATS platforms and recruitment analytics to improve hiring efficiency and reporting
  • Participate in employer branding activities, job fairs, partnerships, and recruitment campaigns

Learning & Development

  • Support identifying organizational training and development needs
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs and learning initiatives
  • Track employee development plans, training attendance, and learning effectiveness
  • Partner with managers to support employee growth and career progression
  • Contribute to onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
  • Support performance management and employee development conversations

People Operations

  • Support day-to-day People Operations activities and employee lifecycle processes
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Ensure employee records and HR systems are updated and maintained accurately
  • Support HR policies, documentation, and compliance processes
  • Assist employees with HR-related inquiries and operational support
  • Coordinate with payroll, administration, and other internal stakeholders when needed
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience initiatives

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably across Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
  • Strong experience in recruitment and stakeholder management
  • Exposure to Learning & Development and employee engagement initiatives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience using ATS and HR systems
  • Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • Experience within fintech, technology, startups, or fast-growing environments
  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
