Our People Operations Team drives all global processes and handles employee requests across the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding and day-to-day queries to offboarding. We’re motivated by creating a seamless, joyful experience at Bitpanda, whether employees are relocating, taking a break, advancing their careers, or moving on.
As an intern within our People Operations team, your mission will be to support the successful implementation of a regulatory compliance improvement plan following an internal assessment. You’ll gain hands-on experience in planning, coordination, and execution of key compliance-related initiatives, ensuring our operations in Spain are fully aligned with internal standards and local labor regulations.
You’ll be part of a cross-functional, international team and receive mentorship to design and drive an actionable roadmap, using agile project management methodologies. This is a unique opportunity to develop project execution and stakeholder management skills while contributing to the continued growth and excellence of Bitpanda’s Spanish operations.
