People Experience Manager
We’re looking for a People Experience Manager to own and lead our employee experience end-to-end – shaping it in a way that reflects our business goals, values, and culture. This is not about “more of the same,” but about tailoring the right employee experience for us: one that is unique, authentic, and aligned with our organizational identity. As the owner of the domain, you’ll be expected to have a deep understanding of strategic priorities and business context. Your job is to translate them into experiences, programs, and rituals that strengthen belonging, motivation, and impact across the company.
What you’ll do
Develop and own the annual employee experience strategy and planת while staying agile to adjust as business needs evolve.
Build unique and creative initiatives that enhance engagement and culture
Partner with leadership and teams to ensure employee experience supports business priorities
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of key cultural and organizational initiatives
Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring impact and alignment with business needs
Previous experience as an Employee Experience Manager (or equivalent) in at least two different Tech companies
Strong people orientation combined with strategic thinking and a hands-on approach
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mobilize others
Creativity and the ability to design experiences that are unique and impactful
A drive for excellence and continuous improvement
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Academic background — at least a BA in a relevant field
