Position Summary: We are seeking a curious, driven, tech-savvy and proactive People Analytics Specialist to join our growing Series B tech startup. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, running data analyses, and implementing automation across People processes. It’s a great fit for someone with strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for people data. You’ll work closely with Total Rewards, HRBPs, Talent, and other stakeholders to ensure data quality, build scalable tools, and surface insights that shape our People strategy. This is not a managerial role, but a critical specialist position within the People Analytics & Ops function.
