• Apply Industrial Engineering methods such as process mapping, root cause analysis, and workflow optimization to real operational challenges.
• Propose and test improvements that scale as Rain’s client base and product footprint grows.

onboarding process.
• Assist with operational tasks tied to program configurations, BIN management, and card program requirements as needed.
• Manage and track Product Information Forms (PIFs) across active programs, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Support Account Range Processing activities, coordinating with internal teams and scheme counterparts to keep configurations current.
• Assist in BIN implementations, including setup coordination, testing milestones, and documentation across new and existing programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset with practical knowledge of workflow design and operations.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several workstreams at once.
• Clear communicator, comfortable working across technical and business-facing teams.
