Payment Product Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the design and planning of cross-border payment products, optimizing payment system architecture to ensure high concurrency, reliability, maintainability, and operational efficiency.
  2. Oversee the design of multiple subsystems within international payment systems (e.g., acquiring transactions, payment gateways, checkout, reconciliation, etc.), ensuring clear, user-friendly, and scalable modules to support rapid business growth.
  3. Monitor trends in the cryptocurrency payment industry and competitor strategies to continuously enhance product competitiveness and user experience.
  4. Collaborate with R&D, business, and operations teams to drive product requirements, manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, and ensure on-time delivery to meet business objectives.
  5. Stay updated on international payment regulations, policies, and technology trends to ensure products remain compliant and cutting-edge.

Requirements:

  1. Familiar with cross-border payment products and business scenarios, such as online payments, cross-border remittances, credit card payments, and third-party wallets. Possess in-depth knowledge of payment gateways, accounts, settlements, wallets, and checkout systems.
  2. Knowledge of overseas payment clearing networks and banking systems, with practical experience in integration processes, API specifications, and relevant international regulations.
  3. Strong skills in requirements analysis and product design, with the ability to align business needs with technical solutions to drive product iterations.
  4. Over 5 years of experience as a product manager in payments or fintech, with familiarity in agile development processes and efficient collaboration with technical teams.
  5. Data-driven mindset, capable of leveraging analytics to understand user behavior and product performance for continuous improvement.
  6. Proficiency in English is a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with overseas teams and partners.
  7. Risk awareness with hands-on experience in payment product stability management, including monitoring and governance during high-traffic events, is preferred.
