About the role
As a Payment Partnerships Manager, you’ll work closely with the PSPs, payment networks, and
internal product teams to ensure that our flows operate reliably, scale efficiently, and remain compliant across markets.
Your day-to-day will include:
● Overseeing day to day payment operations to ensure smooth end-user experiences
● Monitoring transaction performance, SLAs, settlement flows, and incident trends to
proactively identify and resolve issues impacting clients’ end users
● Driving operational improvements, automation, and process standardization to improve
platform reliability and scalability
● Supporting new market launches, payment route activations, and infrastructure upgrades in
coordination with our partners
● Maintaining and owning a comprehensive partner database, covering corridors, commercials,
and capabilities
● Identifying, evaluating and onboarding new PSPs, payment schemes and network operators
to expand coverage and capabilities
● Managing operational relationships PSPs, payment schemes and network operators
● Acting as the primary point of contact for partner-related operational issues and escalations
affecting client flows
● Working closely with product and engineering on integrations, roadmap priorities, and issue
resolution
● Staying current on payments infrastructure, scheme changes and regulatory developments
