The Opportunity
We’re on the hunt for a proactive and talented Part-Time Partnerships Manager to help enhance Decentraland’s network and influence through strategic collaborations. This role is ideal for experienced partnership or sales professionals from web2 industries—brand, entertainment, or tech—who have also developed a working understanding of web3 platforms and ecosystems.
You’ll take full ownership of the partner journey—from research and cold outreach to activation and post-campaign recap. You’ll also manage and continuously update a robust CRM of partners, studios, and case studies to ensure smooth coordination and knowledge sharing across the team.
The role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. You’ll help forge new relationships, execute high-impact activations inside Decentraland, and drive ongoing strategic value from our ecosystem of partners.
About Decentraland Foundation
The Decentraland Foundation is a steward of the Decentraland platform, dedicated to ensuring its long-term growth, security, and sustainability. It contributes to core development, platform infrastructure, and ecosystem health. Its responsibilities include managing Decentraland’s brand and events, safeguarding the community from misinformation and scams, maintaining smart contract security, contributing to the platform’s codebase, and proposing critical updates in coordination with the DAO. As a neutral actor in service of the ecosystem, the Foundation works to foster innovation and empower creators, developers, and communities within Decentraland.
