About the Role
We’re hiring a Partnerships Manager to help us grow our footprint globally by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new crypto clients- with a strong focus on overseas partnerships. You’ll be the face of Onmeta to potential partners such as wallets, marketplaces, gaming platforms, and global Web3 apps that need reliable payment solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Proactively identify and reach out to global Web3 projects that can benefit from Onmeta’s solutions
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers at potential companies across the globe.
- Own the entire partnership lifecycle- from first outreach and demo to contract closure and go-live.
- Work closely with product, tech, and compliance teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding.
- Represent Onmeta at Web3 events, Twitter Spaces, and online forums- building brand visibility and connections.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in partnerships, sales, or BD- preferably in crypto, fintech, SaaS, or a high-growth startup.
- Prior experience working with international clients or partners is a must.
- A self-starter with a hustler mindset- someone who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership without waiting for instructions.
- Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding (or curiosity) about the crypto and Web3 landscape is a big plus.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Bangalore with a high-energy, close-knit team.
