Partnership Lead

Neon EVM is a high-performance, open-source platform for launching decentralized applications on the Solana blockchain using the same programming languages and developer tooling as Ethereum. It enables developers to scale performance, tap into new liquidity, and build scalable applications from day one β€” all without significant code changes.

As the ecosystem grows, we are seeking a Partnership Manager to connect our new product more closely with the market. This role is about understanding the landscape, gathering insights, and building meaningful collaborations. The right candidate will directly shape the direction of our product by bringing market knowledge, feedback, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with Solana developer teams, projects, and other ecosystem players.
  • Lead discovery and feedback initiatives with partners to validate new product hypotheses and identify real use cases.
  • Develop partnership strategies that foster adoption and embed our solutions into the workflows of developer teams.
  • Work closely with Product, Integration, and Marketing teams to bring partner insights into product design and go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent Neon EVM at industry events and forums, showcasing our solutions and gathering insights from the ecosystem.
  • Negotiate and secure collaborations that accelerate adoption and long-term product growth.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the Solana ecosystem: projects, tooling, and developer community
  • Hands-on experience working with Solana developer teams.
  • Previous business development and/or partnerships experience in Web3 / blockchain.
  • Ability to engage technical stakeholders and translate their feedback into actionable product insights.
  • Experience leading discovery and feedback processes with partners to validate product hypotheses.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Exposure to the ZK ecosystem (projects, developer tooling, community) is a strong plus.
  • Previous product management or product-facing experience is a strong plus.
