Your mission
As the Delivery Project Manager you will be at the forefront of ensuring our clients’ smooth transition into our services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment where they can apply both technical know-how and project management skills.
In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs, assist them in setting up, and ensure they are fully prepared to utilise our solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product, engineering, and support, to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
What you’ll do
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for clients, ensuring smooth transition from sales to active platform users
- Act as the main point of contact for new clients, managing relationships and delivering tailored onboarding plans
- Provide expert technical guidance, assisting clients with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product, engineering, and customer support to meet client needs
- Continuously improve onboarding processes, leveraging client feedback and data analytics to drive efficiency
- Ensure successful post-onboarding transition by providing hypercare support for 30 days before handing over to the customer success team
Who you are
- A client-focused professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships
- Strong project manager with the ability to handle multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively
- Technically adept with experience in software implementation and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner
- Skilled problem solver with a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes
- Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of accountability for project outcomes
