What you’ll do

• Actively monitor trending influencer posts, memes, and conversations on Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms during night-time hours.
• Reply promptly to influencer posts, crypto-trending content, and viral discussions with engaging, witty, and brand-aligned comments to boost Bitget’s visibility.
• Identify real-time opportunities to join trending conversations, ensuring Bitget remains relevant in global social discussions.
• Collaborate with the global social media team to maintain brand consistency and align engagement style with campaign objectives.
• Track the performance of replies, comments, and engagement initiatives, providing quick feedback on posts that gain traction.
• Share daily recaps of notable influencer interactions, competitor engagement tactics, and trending discussions for internal team review.

What you’ll need

• Prior experience in social media management, community engagement, or influencer marketing preferred (1–2 years minimum).
• Strong understanding of social media trends, meme culture, and influencer ecosystems, especially within crypto, fintech, or youth-driven online communities.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a knack for short, witty, and engaging replies that resonate with crypto audiences.
• Passionate about crypto and active in online communities (esp. Crypto Twitte) – being a crypto enthusiast is a must.
• Ability to work independently, think on your feet, and react quickly to trending posts.
• Fluent in English (near-native level). Knowledge of Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
• Flexible to work night hours, with a focus on real-time engagement.
