Part-Time Legal Intern

We are looking for a part-time intern to join our Legal team. This particular role will be an integral part of helping to support the publication of content for Avalanche Policy Coalition and “Owl Explains”, an blockchain and crypto-focused educational project created by the legal team here at Ava Labs. This role will require a time commitment of 15-20 hours/week.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide operational and content support to the blockchain policy team

• Assist with content development for APC/Owl Explains, including organizing drafts, proofreading, posting, and copyediting

• Coordinate with internal teams (Comms, Legal/Compliance, etc.) to ensure alignment on public-facing materials

• Support social media execution across platforms (X, LinkedIn, Instagram), including drafting posts and scheduling content

• Support podcast and event logistics, including preparation, coordination, and follow-ups

• Assist in drafting and formatting APC/Owl Explains policy comment letters, including background research and incorporating feedback

• Contribute to ad-hoc research projects related to blockchain, digital assets, and emerging policy discussions

WHAT YOU BRING

• Social media savviness

• An understanding of how to use different AI tools to enhance and automate your workflow

• Passion or curiosity for crypto/web3

• Thorough attention to detail and high organizational skills
