What you’ll do

• Plan and execute online transactional events, user conversion campaigns, with full accountability for performance outcomes and ROI.
• Collaborate to optimize P2P operational workflows, driving improvements in efficiency and end-to-end effectiveness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering) to refine and enhance P2P transaction-related product features.
• Conduct data monitoring, in-depth analysis, and anomaly detection; deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations to stakeholders.
• Track competitor activities and regulatory policy updates; identify emerging threats and growth opportunities to inform product expansion strategies

What you’ll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in platform operations, with priority given to candidates with hands-on Web3 industry exposure.
• Proven market acumen: ability to monitor competitor moves, adapt operational strategies to market shifts, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with stakeholders
• Fluent proficiency in both Chinese and English
