Operations Trainee – Fintech (Mexico City)

We are looking for a junior profile who wants to start a career in fintech by learning how real financial operations work behind the scenes.
This is an operational role.
Execution matters.
What you will do:
- Monitor and follow up on financial operations and payments.
- Detect errors before they escalate.
- Resolve operational incidents with speed and accuracy.
- Coordinate with commercial, compliance, and finance teams.
- Identify small process improvements that can later be automated.
This role is for you if:
- You dislike leaving tasks unfinished.
- You double-check before sending anything.
- You have a natural sense of urgency.
- You enjoy when numbers reconcile.
- You want to grow by executing, not just observing.
Nice to have:
- Exposure to financial operations, payments, CEP or SWIFT.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Functional English (we work with international providers).
- Experience improving or optimizing a process, even at a small scale.
