VeryAI looking for an Operations Manager to build operational processes and drive execution as we scale. You’ll work across teams to streamline workflows, manage vendors, maintain compliance, and ensure smooth operations.
What You’ll Do
• Build and improve operational processes across finance, HR, legal, and facilities
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts
• Coordinate compliance and security certifications
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and team operations
• Identify and fix bottlenecks to increase team velocity
Requirements
• 3+ years operations experience (startup preferred)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR) is a plus
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Proficient with operations tools (Notion, Airtable, etc.)
Nice to Have
• Experience in biometrics, AI/ML, security, or identity tech
• Web3 or fintech background
• Technical background or ability to work with engineering teams
