About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Support Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing team at OKX Türkiye. In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening day-to-day support operations, particularly for valued users. You will work closely with our Customer Support, Product, Institution, VIP, Growth teams to ensure fast, accurate, and seamless issue resolution.
This position is ideal for someone who is crypto-native, proactive, and capable of navigating complex operational environments. You will play a key part in reducing operational friction, improving user satisfaction, and supporting the overall growth of high value customer segments. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem solving abilities, and comfort in working with both local and global stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support day to day operations by resolving issues related to high-value users.

Work closely with CS to manage escalations and unblock user problems quickly and accurately.

Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Growth Institutional Sales, VIP RM) to drive resolution.

Track operational issues and identify recurring patterns to propose process or product improvements.

Ensure VIP/KYB users receive timely follow ups, clear answers, and proactive updates.

Assist in optimizing existing operational workflows, playbooks, and internal procedures.

Collaborate with global teams when handling system level, product, or policy-related escalations.
What We Look For In You

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 3 years experience in a similar role.

Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities

Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues

Effective communication, including speaking, writing, and active listening

Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels
