VP, Operations / Lead
Responsibilities:
- Define the process and procedure on Customer Due Diligence and Customer Service Handling
- Lead the team in carrying out Customer Due Diligence (KYC) and Corporate Due Diligence (CDD)
- Handle L2 Investigation case
- Assist in planning and implementation and monitoring of CRM Solution to serve our corporate customer
- Participate in the planning and development of new Client onboarding procedures
- Draft test case and conduct UAT on the customer onboarding process
- Prepare FAQ and standard script for customer service team to handle customer enquires
- Ensure the transaction reconciliation is done accurately and efficiently and meets all external and internal requirement.
- Participate in system automation project on customer e-onboarding
- Conduct Training to the Team to perform the operation task on customer onboarding
- Prepare regular reports for management
- Ensure adequate controls are maintained with regards to regulatory compliance
- Ensure the Company have full visibility and control of our payment processing and can measure the performance of each component
- Supervise, schedule and prioritize tasks and responsibilities of the staff to meet workload and schedule needs of the department
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, compliance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in operations and strong understanding of AML regulations and KYC/CDD requirements.
- Solid experience on handling L2 investigation cases
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using compliance-related software, databases, and investigation tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Mandarin and English is a must, Cantonese is a bonus
