What we are looking for?

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Generalist to temporarily step in during a maternity leave. This cross-functional role supports company operations across finance, legal, and executive coordination. You’ll keep the business running smoothly, supporting both internal teams and external partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work closely with our CEO by preparing and tracking agendas for:
  • Board meetings
  • Town Halls
  • Weekly Round Table meetings
  • Follow up on action items and maintain meeting notes
  • Assist in executing GTM team processes
  • Coordinate across departments to enable high-functioning teams
  • Support the planning and logistics for internal and external conferences
  • Interface with outsourced bookkeeping/CFO services
  • Coordinate SOC 2 and other compliance initiatives
  • Update and distribute company policies, including Terms of Service and Privacy Notice
  • Maintain centralized agreement templates (employment, vendor, NDAs)
  • Liaise with our external counsel for legal document execution

What we are looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, finance, or administrative roles
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity, problem-solving, and juggling multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with compliance processes (SOC 2 a plus)
  • Experience working with external counsel
  • Tools: G-Suite, HRIS, expense mgmt platforms, Slack, Notion
