About the Team:
The Market Operations team is responsible for bringing World’s mission to life on the ground. We work globally to deploy our verification technology and ensure smooth, high-integrity experiences for every user. Our team identifies key regions, secures locations, builds partnerships, and drives strategic execution across markets to enable millions to prove their personhood.

Locations: Atlanta, Austin, Los Angeles, Nashville, Miami, San Francisco.

About the Role:
Join our Field Operations team as an Operations & Enablement Manager. In this role, you will lead the expansion of World’s presence across priority regions, ensuring that verification infrastructure is accessible, efficient, and scalable. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Team Management

  • Train, develop and consistently build the expertise and knowledge base of a small but dedicated team of customer centric associates who must possess the skills and personality necessary to inclusively engage and interact with all humans.

  • Ability to develop staff schedules, accounting for labor cost management, ensuring no gaps in shift coverage, as well as performance management is a must.

  • Work cross-functionally within the Tools for Humanity and World ecosystem to grow, develop and deploy new initiatives, community partnerships and ensure the integrity of protocol efforts.

Business Development

  • Negotiate and implement strategic partnerships with local retailers & service providers for cross promotional offers and rewards, unlocking utility for verified humans.

  • Build and manage relationships with venue hosts, community organizations, and ecosystem stakeholders. Launch and execute activation campaigns at universities or other tech hubs.

  • Establish trust with community and regulatory thought partners, create enablement channels, identify opportunities for educational outreach, and execute event management responsibilities.

  • Negotiate agreements and build scalable systems to support site expansion.

  • Serve as a trusted representative of the organization in new markets.

Operations and Analytics

  • Enablement Program Development: Design, implement, and continuously improve onboarding, training, and certification programs for GTM teams.

  • Performance Optimization: Track team performance metrics and leverage data to tailor enablement strategies that boost productivity and pipeline generation.

  • Deliver actionable insights to support planning, budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation

  • Evaluate A/B tests, pilots, or process changes using statistical analysis

Qualifications:

  • Strong academic background from a top-tier institution.

  • 4+ years of experience in enablement, sales operations, or a GTM-facing role (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) and/or related experience in retail operations, store management, training & development, and field enablement

  • Proven success in designing and delivering enablement initiatives in fast-paced, scaling environments

  • Willingness and ability to travel on occasion to support other markets

  • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills

  • Experience building onboarding and continuous learning programs

  • Comfortable engaging with executives and frontline team members alike

  • Operationally excellent and detail-oriented, with a bias toward action.

  • Strategic thinker with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Language Proficiency: English required, bilingual or multilingual skills a plus

Preferred Qualifications (or Excited to Learn):

  • Familiarity with enablement tools such as Salesforce or other similar platforms

  • Interest in decentralized identity, cryptocurrency, and financial inclusion.

  • Experience in international markets or field deployment at scale.

  • Proficiency with tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, Metabase or Looker

Pay transparency statement (for CA and NY based roles):

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $70k – 80k plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
